There are many events through out the year in several areas on campus. The links on the left show the events being held for some of those programs.
Margaret Bohls, ceramic artist, will present a free lecture November 4 at 7 p.m. in Lawson 231. Workshops will be held on November 4 from 9 am-4pm and November 5 from 9 am to Noon in the ceramics classroom, Pulliam Industrial Wing, room 102. Bohls will also present a lecture November 5 at 12:30 in the ceramics classroom.
Roger Shimomura will give a lecture as part of the Visiting Artist Program series. The lecture will be held on Monday, November 9, at 7 pm in the University Museum Auditorium. A performance workshop will be held on Tuesday, November 10, at the Glove Factory Surplus Gallery. Both events are free and open to the public.

Southern Glassworks presents the Glass Pumpkin Patch sale! The sale will once again be held at Town Square in Carbondale (same location as last year) and the date will be Saturday, October 17. The sale starts at 10 a.m. until sold out.

The Fall 2009 Saturday Young Artist Workshop is already in the works! The fall workshops, "Animals in Art," runs Sept. 12, 19, 26, Oct. 3, 10, and 17, 2009, with an exhibit on Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 10-11 a.m.
